BE recommends upgrading to AudioVAULT v11.
New versions of Windows:
Windows 11 Pro, Windows Server 2019 and Server 2022 are supported on both versions of AudioVAULT listed above.
On Windows Server 2019 and Server 2022 you may need to manually install .Net 3.5 and .Net 4.8 features.
Required Minimum Specification for Windows
Windows 10 Pro and Windows 11 Professional - 64-bit, version 21H2 or higher
Windows Server 2016 standard or higher
Windows 7 and earlier OS versions, as well as 32-bit OS versions, are NO longer supported on AV v11. .
Windows Server 2012 R2 standard and earlier versions, are NO longer supported on AV v11.

Windows Updates:
General guideline to apply Windows updates is to install all pending updates before doing a new install or an upgrade to a newer version. Reboot after all updates are installed.
We have seen with every major feature release for Windows 10 Pro and Windows 11 Pro that the driver for the USB dongle requires a new version, with Windows 11 the sound card or or AoIP drivers need to be upgraded or reinstalled. This means that you should not apply the major feature release update unless you check with Studio Technical services to verify if a new driver will be required. The side effect of this is a possible rebooting cycle until the USB dongle is removed, the driver updated, and dongle reinstalled.
