The factory DB-37 Factory Stub connector is not connected/fully inserted on the BE INTERFACE connector on the back, you will only get the following menus when disconnected; STANDBY, VERSION/INFO, ETHERNET/IP, DATE, PASSWORD, SYSTEM UPDATE.
