Make sure jumper J719 is NOT installed on the Controller board; this jumper disables/inhibits the power raise/lower command when the Tx is reading a fault such as a PA module or power supply. If jumper J719 is removed, make sure you Press and Hold down the power raise push button for at least 30 seconds, the power supplies may have a slow reaction time to the power raise command.
